Plans change and nobody is going to be difficult about it. What matters is when you tell us, not that you cancelled. Here is how it works and what actually causes a problem.
The short version
- Telephone as soon as you know. Not a text an hour later.
- More than a couple of hours ahead — no issue at all, nothing owed.
- Once she is travelling to you — the taxi is a real cost and it is fair to cover it.
- Not being there when she arrives — the one thing that genuinely causes a problem.
Why the no-show is the real issue
An outcall booking means a companion has turned down other work, got ready, and crossed London — often an hour in evening traffic. Arriving at a hotel room where nobody answers costs her the entire evening, not just the booking.
A telephone call thirty minutes earlier would have cost you nothing. That is the whole difference, and it is why we ask.
If you are running late
Telephone. Fifteen or twenty minutes is usually absorbed without difficulty. What we cannot do is guess — if she does not hear from you she has no way of knowing whether to wait.
Bear in mind a late start does not always mean a late finish; if she has something after you, the booking may simply be shorter.
If she has to cancel
It is rare but it happens — illness, or a previous booking overrunning badly. You will be telephoned, not left waiting, and we will offer you someone else that evening or rearrange. You will never be out of pocket, because we take no deposits.
Rescheduling
