Marble Arch is the corner where Mayfair, Marylebone and Hyde Park meet, and it prices in between all three. W1, at the top of Park Lane where Oxford Street begins.

Marble Arch station is on the Central line, with Bond Street one stop east and Lancaster Gate across the park. Edgware Road is a few minutes north west.

What is here

An unusual mix for so central a spot: genuine incall flats in the streets behind Oxford Street, plus the hotel stock along Park Lane for outcall. Most of the West End offers one or the other, not both.

What it costs

Below the Mayfair band despite being on its edge, because the addresses behind Oxford Street are ordinary buildings rather than prestige ones. That gap is the reason to book here rather than two streets south.

Worth knowing before you ring

The Oxford Street end is chaotic on a Saturday and calm by nine at night. If the area matters to you, book later rather than earlier.

Who works here

A mixed roster, weighted towards East European companions, in the streets running north off Oxford Street. Being on the Central line puts most of the West End within ten minutes, so outcall in either direction is quick.

What the bookings look like

Both kinds, which is unusual this far into W1. If you would rather go to her than wait for a taxi, this is one of the few central postcodes where that is reliably an option.
