Owo

OWO means oral without a condom. It is one of the more commonly asked for services on any listing and one of the less universally offered.

Where it stops

OWO covers the oral itself. It says nothing about how it finishes, which is a separate question and a separate line on the listing. COB, CIM and CIF each describe a different answer to it.

Who offers it

A good share of the roster but by no means everyone, and it is not a service anybody is obliged to explain declining. A profile that does not list it is not inviting negotiation.

Where a listing does carry it, treat that as the answer for that day rather than a permanent commitment. Companions revise what they offer, and the profile reflects the usual position rather than a promise.

What it costs

Usually included at the standard rate where it is offered. Where a surcharge applies it is stated on her profile rather than raised at the door.

The health point

Worth reading rather than skipping. Oral without a barrier carries a real if modest risk of transmission in both directions, and that is the reason some companions decline it regardless of price.

Nobody on this site will lecture you about it and nobody should have to. The reason to raise it here is that the risk is the honest explanation for a decline, and knowing that saves the conversation becoming a negotiation.
