Where it sits

Offering COB says nothing about the other three. Do not read one as consent to another, and ask if a specific one matters to you.

How to ask

When you book rather than in the room. Every companion on this roster fields the question routinely and none of them find it awkward at that stage.

Phrase it as a question about her listing rather than a request. Companions answer the first straightforwardly and are entitled to decline the second, and the difference in wording is more than politeness.
